This is a FREE online group workshop to support you to reflect, release and reset. And the power of a group can be really inspiring and motivating. We’ll look at what you want to let go of and what you want to bring more of for 2024!! If setting a word sounds good to you, we will also work on this… but the session is designed to help give you some clarity on how you want to FEEL and BE this year, rather than setting rigid New Year’s resolutions… Instead of “new year new me” think “new year, MORE me”
