My aim is simple: to inspire and empower you to create a vibrant and fulfilled life you truly love and deserve.

I love combining my knowledge and skills as a Personal Development & Breathwork Coach with being a Mountain Bike Guide, to bring you the opportunity to connect with your mind and body, using bikes as our vehicle to access nature as our inspiration and playground.

Whether you would like to join me on a Guided Mindful Ride or a Mindful Activity Weekend, take a look at some of the options below.

I can create private bespoke packages too combining these things. I can also collaborate with other providers (eg yoga, SUP), so be sure to get in touch and allow me to create the perfect mindful activity weekend for you and your friends/family.

    As a mountain bike guide (British Cycling Level 2), a huge lover of the sport and how it has helped my mental health and wellbeing, I incorporate riding bikes and the environment where we ride, with mindfulness activities to connect with your mind, body and nature. I have some dates set for 2023 to join a mixed group but I can also create bespoke packages to suit small groups and/or private sessions.   • Mindful Outdoor Adventures

    Join me for a mix of biking, hiking, breathwork, journaling and more. This can be booked as a private booking with the options to add on yoga, paddle boarding, mobile sauna and other activities (subject to availability).

“For my birthday, 3 friends and I had a day riding the trails at Glentress with Jen from Mindful Routes. From the start she was welcoming and adaptable in what was a mixed ability group. It was a refreshing change to have a day on the bikes when it wasn’t all about distance, speed, hills – this was no sufferfest! It was a truly wonderful day having a chance to connect with nature, each other and yourself. The journaling aspect wasn’t new to me, but it was wonderful to have some reflective time for myself. The breathwork was relaxing and a skill to take into the everyday. We lucked out with the weather, too (always an added bonus). Jen was unflappable when one of us hit the deck early on and we also had a bike malfunction. I got some pointers on my riding which I’m still putting into practice, along with the breathwork. A hugely enjoyable day on an e-mtb and something I’d do again and recommend to others. You do not need to be a hardcore cyclist to participate, just someone with basic cycling skills and an open mind. Do not hesitate, get it booked and prepare for a FUN day!”

We received all the details we needed and greeted with enthusiasm in the beautiful Glentrees cycle park. The mountain biking on the e-bikes was great fun and our safety and abilities were all accounted for. We were able to explore the stunning hills and views, and incorporate the mindfulness, journalling and breath work.
