Events & Collaborations
I am very honoured to have established some great collaborations to bring you a variety of events over the last couple of years and again for 2026.
So far I have hosted wellbeing workshops of my own but also supported yoga retreats, wellness festivals and mountain bike events. I have also hosted private mindful adventure weekends, and hosted guided mindful rides and breathwork sessions at mountain bike & gravel festivals, co-hosted mindful creative retreats and hosted breathwork sessions at the 2023 Cycling World Championships wellness fringe event.
I have also co-hosted a panel discussion at a women’s mountain bike festival which I absolutely loved doing.
If you’d like to collaborate with me or invite me to do breathwork, wellbeing and/or psychology based mindset workshops at your event, support talks/presentations or host a guided mindful ride, please do get in touch.

SKILLS FOR THE TRAILS.
TOOLS FOR THE MIND.
This FLOW day is perfect for you if you feel you've maybe lost your bike mojo and confidence. You can already ride a bike, but something is blocking you from doing some features or just progressing generally.
We’ll spend the day riding bikes, building on your existing skills and learning new ones. We will identify the challenges that sometimes get in the way, so we can start to break down barriers, address some of those fears and empower you to ride with more confidence and flow. And it’s not all about conquering techy features!!
When we feel good in our minds, we feel more flow on the trails. Confidence grows and we can start to feel that buzz again for bikes.
This is a supportive and fun day of riding, chatting, deep breaths, learning new skills… and a few giggles along the way. All with like minded women having fun on bikes, encouraging each other without pressure or expectation to be anything other than yourself. We do it together and no one is left behind!
We can’t wait to share this day with you so you can feel more flow on and off the bike.

Is bike hire included?
No. But there are many options at Glentress or Innerleithen. Just ask and we can point you in the right direction.
Is lunch included?
No. Not at the moment. Please take a packed lunch and some snacks. There are also 3 cafe options in Glentress area.
I haven’t ridden my bike for a while, but I used to ride blue and red trails, is this event ok for me?
Yes most likely. It is about building confidence in the skills you already have and learning new ones. We will tailor the riding to suit the group as best we can.
I am a beginner rider, should I come?
This day is designed around riders with experience of riding blue and red trails so it’s more appropriate for intermediate riders, but let us know you are interested as perhaps this will shape our future plans. Also, keep an eye out for the Mindful Rides which are suitable for beginner riders with a reasonable fitness level.
What kit do I need to bring?
We will share a kit list when you sign up, but the absolute essentials are:
Mountain bike in good working order
Helmet
Gloves
Knee pads
Lunch and snacks
Water bottle
Rucksack (waist bag) to carry food and layers
