One of my coaching clients once told me she felt “stuck” and unmotivated. She thought the problem was discipline, or maybe even laziness. But what we discovered together was that she wasn’t aligned with what she actually wanted.
She was chasing goals that didn’t truly belong to her. No wonder she felt drained.
Once she reconnected with her values and gained clarity about her next steps, her energy shifted. The motivation flowed naturally, and confidence followed. What she needed wasn’t willpower, it was clarity and alignment.
